Offer applies to beating Federally Chartered Banks only. We will send you a $1,000 check if we are not able to beat your bank by a lower interest rate or fees or monthly payment. See the scenarios below.

Scenario 1: We will beat your Bank by offering you a lower rate with the same offered total fees.

Scenario 2: We will beat your Bank by offering you lower total fees with the same offered rate.

Scenario 3: We will beat your Bank by offering you a lower monthly payment with the same offered rate and fees.

Step 1: Email us a copy of your Loan Estimate (unlocked rate) and we’ll send you a loan proposal.  If we’re not able to offer a lower rate or fees or payment then proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Email us a locked-in rate Loan Estimate (on the same date of lock) and allow us to complete an application. If we’re not able to beat your bank then proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Email us a copy of the Final Closing Disclosure after you close the loan then allow us to verify this with the settlement company.  We will send you $1,000 after verification.

As the market fluctuates multiple times each day we are only able to offer this “Lowest Rate Guarantee” on the same day of the locked-in rate date.
