What does this cost me?
Nothing — and to be clear, this is not about paying for referrals. That's against federal law (RESPA), and it's not how I work. This is a service and co-marketing partnership: you connect your buyers with a mortgage pro who takes great care of them, and that reflects well on you. The only thing I'm buying is lunch.
How fast do you respond to my buyers?
Fast. Inbound buyers get a real conversation quickly during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PT), and you get looped in at every milestone — pre-approval, appraisal, clear-to-close. Speed and communication are usually what make or break your transaction, so I treat them as the priority.
What states and areas do you cover?
OnPoint Mortgage Pro is licensed in California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia — and headquartered in Irvine, CA. If your buyers are in any of those states, we can work together.
What kinds of loans can you place?
As a broker, a wide range — Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo, plus the harder-to-place programs a lot of lenders can't do: Non-QM, bank-statement loans for self-employed buyers, and investor financing. That means fewer of your deals fall through because a buyer didn't fit one rigid box.
How will you keep me updated on my deals?
However works best for you — text, email, or a quick call at each milestone. You'll always know where your buyer stands. My goal is that you never have to chase me for a status update.
I already have a lender I use. Why switch?
You don't have to switch anything. Keep who you have. But it's worth having a broker in your back pocket for the deals your current lender can't place — the self-employed buyer, the jumbo, the tricky credit profile. That's often where a partnership like this earns its keep.
